It consists of a combination of high polymer resins with various properties, and does not contain organic solvents. Butyl is a very powerful adhesive, one of its features is being permanently sticky and is an insulating material. It is a single component material, changing its shape in hot temperatures, flexible, with a very high coefficient of elongation. Application temperature is: 120-170 ºC. Available in very special cylindrical packaging of 7.4 Kg and it has an excellent adhesion property on aluminum slats.

Butyl is very important in the manufacturing of double-glazing, in terms of sticking the glass to the slat and providing the first level insulation. Its density is 18% less, compared to its competitors. Thus it is 18% more efficient. This provides an 18% price advantage for the user from the beginning. Currently we are proud of being superior to our European competitors, both in terms of quality as well as packaging.
